We all face challenges in life. At times we move through them with ease, and at other times we may need additional support. I believe every person already has the inner tools needed to navigate life’s most difficult moments. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you identify solutions, reach your goals, and feel supported in a judgment-free space where you are welcomed exactly as you are.
I offer trauma-sensitive, culturally responsive counseling for individuals navigating a wide range of challenges. Clients often come to me for support with depression and anxiety, major life transitions, school or work-related concerns, and career planning. I also work closely with young adults and college students as they move toward independence, as well as individuals adjusting to life challenges such as empty nesting.
Walk-and-Talk Sessions: For those who prefer an more active approach, I offer walk-and-talk sessions. Please note: Walking is an highly effective and natural way to ease symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Christian Counseling: Christian counseling is available to anyone who would like to integrate their faith into their counseling session.
